Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

In the case of repairs undertaken by Awesome Audios suppliers, repair times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Awesome Audio suppliers; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Awesome Audio. Awesome Audio shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the Customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number or authorization. Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form to be submitted online prior to returning any items for any reason. PLEASE COMPLETE RMA APPLICATION (EMAIL info@awesomeaudio.co.za and we will send the form to you). 

Do not send item without prior arrangement with Awesome Audio personnel.

This number must be used as a reference for all matters relating. Our technical department will issue you with an RMA number which authorizes you to return one item per every RMA number. A full fault description must be completed to enable technical department to test and verify fault.

All defective merchandise returned to Awesome Audio must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation etc.
Awesome Audio is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to Awesome Audio offices. For your protection, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Awesome Audio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Awesome Audio reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.

Acceptance of Products: Awesome Audio shall conduct incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible on receipt of products.

Returns

Please note that we cannot accept any returns of headphones or earphones for hygiene reasons even if they have only been used once. You would not like to receive earphones or headphones from us that have been used would you. 

When returning the item, it is also essential that you package the item correctly so that the box does not get damaged while being transported. 

We can refuse acceptance of any item where by

  1. The item is not in its original packaging
  2. The retail box of the item has been damaged
  3. Item / product has scratches or has broken pieces or tears.

Awesome Audio has the right to charge a 15% handling fee for any item that is returned by a customer.

Awesome Audio is also unable to refund customers on any courier costs, and customers will be refunded back the cost of the item purchased only.
